Backlink Diversity – How To Maintain Your Spot In Google

baclink diversityThere’s been a huge amount of buzz as of late about these new Google algorithm changes, backlink diversity, etc etc. For those of you who are not so much in the loop, Google have made some changes that affect how certain content farms rank, namely, Ezine Articles, Squidoo, HubPages, and a few others. This is severely affecting those who dont practice good backlink diversity.

For obvious reason, this has had a few of us SEO guys running around in an endless loop trying to figure out what the next move is. If we lose our highly valued #1 positions, then its game over.

Should we be worried? Some of you should, I know plenty who rely on article directories for an income, such as Squidoo and HubPages, that said, for the majorty of us who use only good solid methods of SEO, this update is not going to be something of huge concern at all.

At least, I know I have retained many of my #1 positons, and even gained a few quite easily. [Read more...]
